Every year, as a Christmas present to my parents, I put together a 12×12″ digitally printed hardbound scrapbook reviewing the events and happenings of the year. The PDF version is then shared with siblings and extended family. It has become a family tradition to open this present last and have the year in review as the pinnacle of Christmas gift giving.
Here you can see several covers. Each cover is based off of an image acquired from iStock.
Featured pages are examples that are not too personal to share with the world, and cover such themes as travel, birthdays, art, cooking, professional conferences, and ticketed events such as concerts or plays. Examples are from scrapbooks 2011-2018.

Scrapbooking has been a long standing hobby of mine, going all the way back to being on the middle school yearbook staff, and creating a personal paper scrapbook in high school. When I moved to New Zealand my hobby went digital and I taught myself to use Photoshop. These are a few fun samples of some personal digital scrapbook dabblings from my New Zealand years, JAN 2005 – FEB 2011. Click to view details.
