This trip was epic in so many ways. It was my second time to the UK. It was three weeks long. For the first week we took my sister Angela for her first trip overseas. This trip also happened to be the start of my urban sketching (although I didn’t really realize it at the time). Epic.

K&Company makes a blank book of 8×10″ spiral bound scrapbooking paper called a Smash Book. This is the base from which I build each travel book. Each book is made one-the-go with many late-night cutting-and-glueing sessions after a day of touring, or journaling in a cafe or on the train. As such, there are no photos from the trip included in these pages. After the trip, the Smash Book is digitized, and photos are added in a special photo album section.
