This project combined a long established interest in ancient Egypt with an intense young adult infatuation with the TV show Stargate SG-1 (based off of the film Stargate). I ended up taking 2 weeks of Middle Egyptian hieroglyphics in college, and still adore the original Stargate film soundtrack by David Arnold, as well as watching Richard Dean Anderson on the reruns.
