UK Trip 2024

I spent Christmas and New Years in London, which was an amazing experience. Unfortunately it was quite busy, so only a few sketches happened.

Our apartment view was of the top half of the Harold Pinter Theater just off of Leicester Square in London. This shows the blue up-lighting the illuminated the pillars and theater name at night.
One of our outings was a day trip to Oxford. The weather was typical December gloom of grey and cold. It channeled every England winter scene I’ve ever dreamed or read about. I drew this building from the comfort of a window bench seat in the iconic Blackwell’s bookshop.
